Sacramental Preparation
(Baptism, Confirmation, Reconciliation, & Eucharist)
Students are prepared for sacraments through attendance at St. Joseph Catholic School and the Parish Religious Education Program (PREP) held on Wednesday Evenings. Special sessions are also held for parents/students and the entire parish outside of the Wednesday night classes. CONFIRMATION: Students in PREP and St. Joseph Catholic School who are baptized in the Roman Catholic Church and have received Eucharist, are prepared for the Sacrament of Confirmation in the 8th grade. Click on the links below for printable Confirmation Info:
RECONCILIATION (PENANCE): All students in PREP and St. Joseph Catholic School classes are routinely prepared for this sacrament. Special emphasis is provided to students in 2nd grade, 8th grade, and students in the Christian Initiation of Children process.
