To reserve a space, complete this application and return it with your $50.00 deposit to

St. Joseph Catholic Community, 5330 Babcock Street NE, Palm Bay, Florida 32905.  

Please make checks payable to St. Joseph Church.

No refunds will be made for cancellations.

A $30 fee will be assessed for all returned checks.

We are a Catholic Community here at St Joe’s. We expect professional behavior.

Set up will be available 2 hours prior to event start time. All vehicles must be out of the Carnival Area no later than 30 minutes prior to event start time.
