Fr. Tim Knepper, CPPS was born in 1966 in Las Vegas, NV. He belongs to the Missionaries of the Precious Blood, United States Province. He was a member of the Conservative Baptist Church before he became a full communion Catholic in 1988. He entered formation with the Missionaries of the Precious Blood, United States Province in 1995. He was ordained a priest on June 14, 2003. During that time he served in Indiana, Ohio and Florida as a parochial vicar in different parishes. He has given retreats, worked with Retrouvaille, and preached missions. He is a Missionary of Mercy and a Spiritual Director. He enjoys seeing how God works in people's lives. His hobbies include walking, watching movies, listening to podcasts, reading books, and laughing at stand-up comedians.

Deacon Joe was born in Rochester New York on June 19, 1960, and moved to Norwalk Connecticut when he was 5 years old. He is an only child but just recently he found that he has a sister that has been a great addition to his family. He graduated in 1978, became a carpenter, and then became a General Contractor. In 1983, he met his wife Elly and they married in June of 1985. They have two beautiful daughters Heather and Tiffany. They moved to Florida in February 1993 and have had a busy family life since being here in Florida. As a family they have been very active at St. Joseph’s Church. In 2010 he entered the Diaconate Formation and was ordained on June 6, 2015. He has been the General Contractor for Habitat for Humanity since Dec of 2013.

Dallas Gambrell, ChM, CAGO, is Director of Music & Liturgy here at St. Joseph. A native of Kentucky, Dallas and his wife Ashley and their four children have made their home here in Palm Bay. Dallas has established an active and growing choir school in our parish with over 30 choristers actively pursuing exams and certifications from the Royal School of Church Music. He studied at the University of Kentucky and obtained a master’s degree in music education from Boston University. Dallas and Ashley taught music in Iceland for 3 years before returning the USA. As a choirmaster and organist, Dallas has founded a Gregorian chant schola in Oklahoma City—Manus Damiani— and has directed music for several pontifical Masses, including a live televised Mass for EWTN at the National Shrine of the Infant Jesus of Prague. He is nationally certified in Kodály, Orff, and the Ward methodologies for music education.

Annie started her employment at St. Joseph Catholic School in 1997 when her youngest son was a student at St. Joseph School, now two of her grandchildren attend St. Joseph School. After a break in service, she was a Store Manager for 10 years, then came back to work for St. Joseph Catholic Church as Stewardship Coordinator/Cemetery Manager. In 2012, Annie received her Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration/Human Resources. If you ask Annie about St. Joseph’s today, she will tell you that St. Joseph has been her home and family since she moved to Florida on November 11, 1990.

Eric grew up in Melbourne, Florida and attended Ascension Catholic School for 10 years. He currently resides in Brevard with his wife and two children. Upon graduating from High School he pursued a degree in Hospitality Management at the University of Central Florida. Being heavily involved in ministry leadership at the high school and collegiate levels, he has always attempted to try to lead others closer to Christ. He now looks to help to strengthen the stewardship of the parishioners at St Joseph.
